DocMak.in is operated by Wesmarty Infotech Private Limited, 578A, Chandannagar, Hooghly, West Bengal, India. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including certifications, clients, figures and registration numbers, and for having the right to use any logos and photos you upload. DocMak arranges and formats your content; it does not verify it.

Free and paid downloads

Free PDFs carry a “Created with DocMak.in” mark. A clean PDF without the mark costs ₹299 per company profile, payable through Stripe. After payment you can edit that profile and download the clean PDF again.

Acceptable use

Do not use DocMak to create misleading documents, impersonate another business or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work to keep DocMak available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected download.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
